Terms and Conditions

1. Garment Preparation

   Items must be suitable for machine washing and drying. Pockets must be emptied.
   We are not responsible for damage caused by contents left inside garments.

2. Delicates and Special Care

   Special care items must be indentified and separated. We cannot accept liability where instructions are not provided.

3. Product Preferences

   Sensitive-skin products must be requested in advance otherwise standard products will be used.

4. Stain Treatment

   All stains are treated with care, however removal is not guarenteed.

5. Service Standard

   Services are carried out with professional care in line with UK standards.

6. Loss and Damage

   Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. Proof of item value may be required.

7. Liability

   Your statutory rights are not affected.Liability is limited to the lower of the service cost or fair value of the item.
   We are not responsible for wear and tear, fabric faults, missing labels or delays beyond our control.

8. Uncollected Items

   Items left uncollected for over 30 days may be disposed of or donated.
